Abstracts are limited to 300 words and must report results of original research on the subject matter. Papers may also report subject matter of an educational and/or nontechnical nature, said IAFP.
The deadline for submissions is January 19, 2016 and the event is in St. Louis, Missouri, July 31–August 3, 2016.
IAFP 2015 reported an audience of more than 3,200 attendees representing 49 countries, 48 states, and six Canadian provinces.
The program featured more than 1,100 presentations, including 66 symposia, eight roundtables, more than 700 poster presentations, and 140 technical presentations.
Representatives from 159 companies, including 33 new exhibitors, showed equipment and techniques for food safety.
